BROOK

SIDE HOUSE

Brookside House was designed with the ability to "see-through" the house from front to back - an incredible 2-storey wall of windows on the front elevation and rear elevation provides light all the way through. The show-stopping first impression is of open, airy space. A metal/wood custom staircase lifts off on a concrete platform running front to back along the length of the room. An impressive tiled gas fireplace gives this space warmth and focus.

The kitchen is the chef's dream, with concrete counters, dark-stained cabinetry, and large working island. Built-in lockers and bench provide a place for the family to get ready as they go about their day. French doors provide access to the large deck and treed, private backyard.

Upstairs the mezzanine overlooks the living space, and connects the 2 kids' bedrooms, main bathroom, and large master suite. His and her walk-in closets are awash with natural light, while the jetted tub and tiled shower provide an oasis from the business of the day.
